Our postal rates are driven by the current pricing from the Postal Service, and are adjusted each time a rate increase is enacted, which happens frequently. We pass on the exact shipping costs, plus a nominal handling fee ($2.00 – $4.00). All orders are shipped INSURED for your protection.
HOW WE DO BUSINESS
Please let us take a moment to explain how we do business. Our first priority is to operate our business in a fashion that offers you the maximum possible discounts. Because we do not maintain an extensive inventory, we are able to operate with a minimum markup. Inventory is warehoused with our major suppliers. We place orders on a regular basis and normally receive our goods within 3 to 4 days. Some orders may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer (drop shipped) to reduce the delivery time. Orders received by 10:00 AM EST on Mondays will be shipped same week. Orders received AFTER 10:00 AM Monday EST may not be shipped until the following week unless drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.
MINIMUM ORDER POLICY
Because of the substantial discounts we offer, orders must total a minimum of $25.00 before Tax or Shipping and Handling.
We no longer accept backorders. Items not shipped are out of stock and will not be backordered. Customers will need to re-order out of stock items at a later date.
OUR PAYMENT POLICY
We have dedicated ourselves to working on a very small margin. Therefore invoices must be paid promptly. For online customers, we hope you understand when we ask you for either a Visa or Mastercard Credit Card as your method of payment. We have provided an SSL Secure Certificate to ensure that your personal and payment information is always safely submitted.
CREDIT CARD NOTE:
Please ensure that your credit card account is not over the credit limit at time of charge. If the charge is DECLINED because the account is over the credit limit, your order will be subject to loss of discounts and collection procedures.
All orders are shipped by Insured Priority USPS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY YOU. Some items may be drop shipped to you directly saving you time and money. You will notice that shipping charges are not included when you check out. Shipping Costs are calculated when the order is fulfilled and the shipping charges are added to your final bill. You will be notified via email of the final amount charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. This also applies to international shipping.
While we are a wholesaler and not a retail store, we will assist you in the selection of our goods. However, the final responsibility rests with you. If any merchandise is faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt BEFORE returning it. The item must not have been used. Any item returned due to an error in choice will also require you to notify us before returning and pay a restocking fee of 20% OF RETAIL PRICE, so please examine your merchandise promptly and carefully upon receipt. We only sell new merchandise and cannot allow credit on an item that has been used.
