Postage Increase
Please note that due to recent decisions made by the US Postal Service to discontinue significant discount programs, we must increase our postage rates by 25% to cover this increased cost. This is a very unfortunate situation and we regret having to pass this cost on to you.

How we do business
Please let us take a moment to explain how we do business. Our first priority is to operate our business in a fashion that offers you the maximum possible discounts. While we maintain an extensive inventory, we do operate with a minimum markup. Our inventory "turns over" often and requires replenishing daily through major suppliers. We place orders with our major suppliers on a regular basis, and always receive our goods 3 to 4 days. Orders received by 10:00 AM EST on Mondays will be shipped same week. Orders received after 10:00 AM EST will not be shipped until the following week.

Back-Orders
We no longer accept backorders. Items not shipped are out of stock and will not be backordered. Customers will need to re-order out of stock items at a later date.

Our Payment Policy
We have dedicated ourselves to working on a very small margin. Therefore invoices must be paid promptly. For online customers, we hope you understand when we ask you for either a Visa or Mastercard Credit Card as your method of payment. We have provided an SSL Secure Certificate to ensure that your personal and payment information is always safely submitted.

Credit Card Note:
Please ensure that your credit card account is not over the credit limit at time of charge. If the charge is DECLINED because the account is over the credit limit, your order will be subject to loss of discounts and collection procedures.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped regular USPS unless otherwise specified by you. Audrey's Doll Gallery strives to ensure you get the lowest shipping costs possible. Some items may be drop shipped to you directly saving you time and money. You will notice that shipping charges are not included when you check out. Shipping Costs are calculated when the order is fulfilled and the shipping charges are added to your final bill. You will be notified via email of the final amount charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. This also applies to international shipping.

Return Merchandise
While we are a wholesaler, and not a retail store, we will assist you in the selection of our goods. However, the final responsibility rests with you. If any merchandise is faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt BEFORE returning it. The item must not have been used. Any item returned due to an error in choice will also require you to notify us before returning and pay a restocking fee of 20% OF RETAIL PRICE, so please examine your merchandise carefully upon receipt. We only sell new merchandise and cannot allow credit on an item that has been used.
